Chocolate cake

Ingredients: 300 gr. dark chocolate, 160 gr. Beliá Premium Olive Oil, 200 gr. sugar, 4 eggs, 120 gr. all purpose flour, 120 gr. finely grated almonds (optional).

Melt chocolate in bain-marie and stir in the olive oil. In a separate bowl beat the eggs with the sugar until white and fluffy. Add to the chocolate-oil mix. Add gradually flour and grated almonds and stir gently.Pour mixture in an 18ø cm bundt pan and cook in preheated oven at 160° C for 25-30 minutes.
