Tzatziki sauce

Ingredients: 500 grams Greek yogurt , 3 cloves of garlic, 1/2 cup of Beliá extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 cucumber peeled & diced.

Pour the yogurt in a bowl. Press the garlic through a garlic mincer and using the edge of a knife, spread the garlic in the yoghurt. Mix all ingredients using a spoon and slowly add the olive oil. The olive oil will be absorbed, and when it is done, the tzatziki is ready.
Serve cold with a few olives and freshly cut dill, spread on top. Tzatziki goes well with plenty of fresh bread and grilled meat.
