Ingredients: 1/2 kg Greek feta cheese, 1 cup Beliá Premium Olive Oil, 150 gr full fat Greek yoghurt, 1-2 hot green horn peppers (depending on how chilli you want the spread to be)
Griil the horn peppers over coal or the oven. When brown and soft, take of heat and peel the skin and dice the flesh in very fine pieces.
Crumble the feta cheese with your hands and then squeeze with a fork, until soft and creamy. Mix all ingredients until well intergrated. Chill for a couple of hours and serve as an appetizer or as a meat side dish.
