This dish needs no introduction. You can either buy them ready for grilling from your local butcher or make them easily at home.
Ingredients: 500 grs pork neck (preferably) cut in small 2×2 cubes, plenty of Beliá Premium Olive Oil for the marinade, freshly cut thyme and oregano, salt/pepper to taste, some wooden skewers
Mix olive oil with oregano and thyme and pour over the diced meet. Cover with plastic wrap and marinade in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight. After this time dry the meat from excess oil with paper towel and then pass it though the skewers (5-7 pieces on each one). Grill over hot coal (or a grill pan) for 4-5 minutes on each side. Served extremely well with the oven baked French fries posted here.
You can make the chicken alternative replacing pork neck with chicken thigh.
