Ingredients: 500 grams of Greek yogurt, 3 cloves garlic, 1/2 cup Beliá Premium olive oil, 1/2 cucumber peeled and cut into cubes.
Pour the yogurt in a bowl. Squeeze the garlic through a mincer and with the tip of a knife spread the garlic in the yogurt. Mix all the ingredients with a spoon and slowly add the olive oil. The olive oil will be absorbed, and when done, the tzatziki is ready.
Serve cold with a few olives and freshly chopped dill, spread on top. Tzatziki goes well with plenty of fresh bread and grilled meats.
