This is NOT a traditional Greek recipe. The only two things traditional about it, is the Tsipouro and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. However this cocktail is super delicious and it shows the versatile use of olive oil. The recipe is courtesy of our good friends at Dorodouli Destillery.
Ingredients: 45ml Classico V | Botanic Dorodouli Tsipouro, 20ml lime juice, 15ml cucumber syrup, 15ml orgeat (almond) syrup, 8-10 drops of Beliá Premium Olive Oil
In a mixing glass add all ingredients (except the olive oil) and ice cubes. Stir well with circular moves for approximately two minutes. Pour in a Martini glass straining the ice and garnish with 8-10 drops of Beliá Premium Olive Oil. Enjoy!
